About Me

Like many in the holistic healing space, I was drawn to this work through my own frustrations with the healthcare system and a deep desire to be part of the change. After years of watching myself, my family, and my friends struggle to find answers in a system that treats symptoms in isolation, I knew there had to be a better way.

My own health journey has been a rollercoaster - from unexplained hearing loss, tinnitus, and insomnia, to lingering concussion symptoms, the neurological and physical challenges of Lyme disease, and ongoing digestive struggles. Each experience taught me that healing isn’t linear, and that the body’s symptoms are messages - not just problems to silence.

Over the past decade, I’ve immersed myself in learning how to truly support the body as a whole — physically, mentally, and emotionally. And what I’ve discovered is powerful: when we address the root causes and nurture balance from within, the body has an incredible capacity to heal.

Now, I’m on a mission to empower others to take their health into their own hands. I will be your biggest cheerleader and your fiercest advocate — helping you understand your body, trust your intuition, and feel truly seen and supported on your journey.
